What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile, current and target role, and the answers you give in our application and screening questionnaire.
- Email access you authorize: if you become a client, you connect your email account so we can send outreach on your behalf. We use that access only to send the outreach you approve and to track replies to it.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether we can help.
- To research companies and hiring managers that fit your background, and to pitch you to them.
- To contact you about your search, interviews and our agreement.
- To improve our website and service.
Who we share it with
We share your professional background with the hiring managers we pitch you to. We never contact your current employer or any company on your do-not-contact list. We use trusted service providers to run our website, forms, email and analytics. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we're working with you and as long as needed to meet our agreement and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, disconnect your email account, or stop working with us at any time by emailing hello@get-repped.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete personal information; we honor those requests.
