About these terms
These terms cover your use of get-repped.com. If you become a Repped client, a separate written agreement covers our service, fees and guarantee, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.
Applying
Applying is free. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship or any obligation to pay. We review every application and may decline any of them.
Fees
Repped charges no upfront fee. If you become a client, the only fee is a success fee of 4.2% of your annual base salary, owed only if you're hired by a company we contacted on your behalf, as set out in your client agreement.
No guarantee of employment
We work hard to get you interviews, but hiring decisions are made by employers. We cannot guarantee interviews, offers or employment.
Your information
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and yours to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
